Clarity and Bulimia

Clarity.

Is something that I strive for now. I never used to and I know why. I never really knew what clarity was until I was able to stop binging and purging.

Now?

Clarity.

I am not saying that I anything actually happened except my perceptive content became much clearer. And what are the benefits?

I see better.
I hear better.
I can smell better.
I can definitely taste things better.
And my sense of touch has become more refined.

Now I am not saying that everyone who is in remission from bulimia will experience any of this in the same way. We are all different.

But imagine being able to "up your game of life" by no binging and purging. What if you were able to handle those "problems" that come up everyday without stressing out or becoming anxious?
What if  you could just see life from a clearer and more sustained position?

It happens when you are able to put the bulimia in a "box."

It's not just the time, money, embarrassment, guilt and shame that we need to move by. There is the rewards that make our lives so much more worthwhile and "live able."

If you have experienced any of these clarifies in remission please let me know!

In Loving Kindness
Bryan
